Question 10

What is the difference between ghost mannequin and flat lay?

Accepted Answer

Flat lay clothing photography presents garments laid flat on a surface, while ghost mannequin photography gives clothing a more dimensional, worn shape. Ghost mannequin images feel more structured and premium in product grids and catalog pages. Both styles serve different needs and can be combined within a single catalog.
